We are a public health non-profit organization that works to establish equitable care for the vulnerable in society, focusing on social change. We attempt to actively prevent disease by addressing inequities in health outcomes caused by social, environmental, or economic factors. We collaborate to identify preventable health disparities among the vulnerable.
